Booking Policies
Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your service. Please send your deposit via Cash App to $DorainSB. Be sure to send your deposit after booking, your appointment will not be confirmed until it is received.
Booking
Please select the service and add-ons you want to receive during your appointment. Only the services booked will be performed.
Payment
The remaining balance of your services must be paid in cash. All other payment forms will be charged an extra $5 fee.
Late and Cancelation Policies
Late Policy
There’s a 10-minute grace period
$5 dollar fee after 10 minutes
After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled
Cancelation
All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
No-call no-shows will be charged the entire balance of the booked services and will be banned from booking again.
All same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of the booked services. This will be charged to the card on file.
Lastly
I do not work over damaged nails. Please allow time for the nails to heal and grow out before booking an appointment.
The duration of your service is an estimate and may be more/less than listed.
